These terms form an agreement between you and MyTradeSuite ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
You must be 18 or over and provide accurate details. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
Free accounts include limited quotes, invoices, customers and AI requests. Paid plans (Pro, MyTradeSuite Tax+, Business and Business Tax+) are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Quotes, replies, summaries and tax figures produced by the app are drafts generated by AI. They may contain mistakes. You are responsible for checking every document, price and tax figure before you send it to a customer or rely on it. MyTradeSuite is not an accountant and does not provide regulated financial, tax or legal advice.
Do not use the service to break the law, send spam, upload malicious files, attempt to access other users' data, or resell the service without our written permission. We may suspend accounts that do.
You keep ownership of the customer records, jobs, documents and recordings you put into the app. We process them to run the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export or delete your data by contacting us.
We work hard to keep the service running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
