MyTradeSuite provides admin tools for tradespeople. This policy explains what personal data we handle when you use the app, and your rights over it.
Account details (name, email, business name, trade, phone, town); business settings (hourly rate, call-out charge, markup, VAT status); the records you create (customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, receipts, voice notes and their transcripts); subscription and payment status from our payment provider; and basic technical logs needed to keep the service secure and working.
We never see or store your card number. Payments are handled by our payment provider, who is responsible for processing and storing card data securely.
To provide the service you signed up for, generate the documents and AI drafts you request, take subscription payments, keep accounts secure, and support you when something goes wrong.
When you generate a quote, reply, summary or scan a receipt, the text or image involved is sent to our AI provider to produce the result. It is used to answer your request, not to advertise to you. Avoid pasting information you would not want processed by a third-party AI service.
We share data only with the providers that run the service: our cloud hosting and database provider, our AI provider and our payment provider. We do not sell your data or your customers' data.
The customer names, phone numbers, emails and addresses you enter belong to you. You are the controller of that data and we process it on your behalf. Only your account can see it — access is enforced at the database level.
We keep your data while your account is open. Deleted jobs, customers, quotes and invoices go to "recently deleted" so you can restore them, and are removed permanently when you purge them or close your account.
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to certain processing, and complain to the ICO. Contact us through Help in Settings and we will respond within 30 days.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is scoped to your account with row-level security, and shared quote and invoice links use unguessable one-off tokens that show only the document.
